What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry, we collect your city or area, property type, planned purchase date, name, email and optional phone number. We use these details to respond and discuss your property search. Your consent is the basis for this processing. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us. Required fields are needed to respond to your enquiry; providing a phone number is optional.

Cookies and advertising measurement

Optional advertising measurement runs only after you choose Allow analytics. Google Ads then receives page and successful-enquiry events, along with technical identifiers used to measure advertising. We do not include your form answers, name, email or phone in these events. You can change your choice using Cookie settings. Your cookie preference is stored so we can remember it.

Who can access the information

Enquiries are handled by Sanabil staff and stored using Cloudflare. Email correspondence is handled through Google Workspace. These providers process information to operate their services. We do not use this form to sign you up for unrelated promotional messages.

Where information is processed

Sanabil's team is based in Saudi Arabia. Cloudflare and Google operate internationally, so your information may be processed outside your country. When you send an enquiry, you agree that Sanabil’s team in Saudi Arabia may receive and use it to respond to you. Contact us before submitting if you have questions about where your information is handled.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and handle your property search. We review it when the enquiry closes and remove it when it is no longer needed, unless keeping a limited record is necessary to meet a legal obligation or deal with a dispute.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information, and object to certain processing.
